Climate Emergency Camden have submitted an objection to the proposals brought forward by Yoo Capital for the redevelopment of industrial land at Regis Road. Camden Council entered into a contractural agreement with the developer in 2023 for the sale of public land to Yoo Capital, the details of which have not been made public.
This is a highly damaging development that puts at risk Camden’s public services, industrial and logistical capabilities, delivery of affordable housing and neighbourhood resilience in the face of an uncertain future. The full document can be read here:
